Darrell is a family man, with a professional automotive background; Darrell helps set Graystone apart from your average repair shop. Graystone is the place where he implements his bar-raising customer service and knowledge base. Kristin has over 20 years of experience in customer service and is in charge of our outside customer relations. She exemplifies the qualities of an outgoing, personal director.

We are also Volvo specialists: Darrell is one of the best factory-trained, ASE Certified, Master Technicians. Darrell has over 19 years of experience working exclusively with Volvo cars.
